This week on BWF Radio, Joe, Mark, JT, and Joe talk about the week in pro wrestling.  We talk about what we can remember from WWE programming, debate about the cheesiness of Lucha Underground, and talk about what could be the second to last episode of TNA IMPACT.  We reveal one of the guests for next week’s BWF Radio Anniversary show.

In the news, Grumpy Cat is hosting Monday Night RAW for some reason.  We’ve got interesting demographic numbers for the WWE’s television programming.  We find out more about Vince McMahon’s suprise off-air appearance at the SmackDown tapings in Liverpool.  A couple of releases – maybe – from WWE are discussed.  John Morrison talks about bad ass things and eating your lunch.  More news on Global Force Wrestling, Billy Corgan leaves Resistance Pro, and we hear about a potential new home for IMPACT.  All this and much, much more on BWF Radio!

Holy technical difficulties, Batman!  We were unable to broadcast this show live because the only thing working on the studio computer was Skype.  Our scheduled guest, Gregory Iron, was unable to make this week’s show and had to reschedule.  But we pressed on and managed to record an episode anyway!  Joe, JT, G, and Mark talk briefly about the week in pro wrestling, including our disgust for yet another Cena/Orton main event on a Pay-Per-View coming up at Hell In A Cell.

In the news, frequent BWF Radio guest Gary Barnidge appears on Total Divas, Team 3D has options of where to go now that they are officially gone from TNA, and TNA doesn’t have any events scheduled through the end of the year.  Justin Roberts gets his release.  WWE Network gets ads.  Randy Orton gets Vined, and Mexican Fans can tell the difference between Sin Cara and Mistico.  All this and more on BWF Radio 148!

That’s right folks, we’re back!  Justin Ruff joins ThinkSoJoE and G as they discuss the week in this wacky world of sports entertainment.  The trio discuss what they feel could have been the best RAW in quite a while, the continuing rise and decline of the TNA product, whether or not SmackDown continued the momentum of RAW.  A five minute highlight package of BWF’s interview with Johnny Gargano that will be available tomorrow at noon is played, then the hosts talk about the news and rumors that have popped up throughout the week.

And a reminder, kids, to not try this pro wrestling stuff at home.

  6. The 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania (so they say)

ARRRGGHHHH!  Despite the WWE’s insistence that this is the “25th Anniversary” of WrestleMania, that’s incorrect.  It’s the 25th ANNUAL WrestleMania.  WrestleMania 1 wasn’t the first ANNIVERSARY of WrestleMania, that would’ve been March 31, 1986.  It was the first ANNUAL.  Somebody buy the WWE marketing guys a dictionary.  Anyways, screw it, let’s roll.

  7. WWE RAW results 8/1/11

Didn’t I just do SmackDown on Friday?  That’s right, fellow Bored Wrestling Fans, this is ThinkSoJoE covering for the one and only Aly Kat (who just turned 20 this past week, BTW) as she’s probably stuck at work.  Come to think of it, I’m stuck at work too!  Difference is, I can watch RAW while I’m here (though I’m not really supposed to).  Anyways, I’m excited at the prospect of covering tonight’s RAW as many experts are saying that this could be a very important night in one of the biggest storylines in recent memory.  A few folks have said WWE could screw the whole CM Punk thing up tonight, but every one of them, and myself, are hoping that they don’t.  Let’s see what happens!
